The rooms were very big and nice. The kids loved the bowling alley and the lazy river. My Husband and myself was well pleased with every thing. The staff was wonderful as well. We look forward to going back. more

If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this is NOT it... But for the money it was WELL worth it! The room was very clean and comfortable. Our maid service "Litton" was so nice and very good!! Our stay was not perfect, but I think the hotel should be judged by how well they deal with customer complaints. They did an excellent job of that. We experienced a stopped up drain in our kitchen sink. Maintenence came right away to clear the problem. Next day, it occured again. Had a suite but only allowed 1 parking pass, DAH! Air conditioner was broken. Elevators didn't work or were used/stopped by cleaning staff. Sunday Buffet was over priced and terrible food.
