Had a wonderful time at the Royale Palm/Hilton Hotel. Definitely recommend for those going to Myrtle Beach. We also like North Myrtle Beach beach area better than Myrtle Beach just because it is less touristy. Myrtle Beach is also nice just more congested on the strip but great for college kids on a spring break type trip.

I wasn't looking forward to staying in a high rise condo hotel, but the Royale Palms was quite nice, quiet and comfortable. We were there for 4 nights and were able to enjoy the beaches, relaxing by 2 of the pools and some of the nearby restaurants for dining out. The downside was paying to park in the garage, but... Hotel staff make you feel they want your business, want to please you. They worked well with us on type of room we asked for, and we were able to negotiate a price for the room that was reasonable. The grounds, lobby, rooms, hallways, elevator, outdoor pool and eating areas all were very nice and well maintained. Any staff we... More

Check in was easy, only took a few minutes. The room was advertised as a very nice Oceanview room. However they left off the part about you having to go on to the balcony to actually see the ocean. To solve that issue you must ask for Oceanfront and pay a lot more. The room was clean and nice, but... More

Really enjoyed a few days here. The room was spotless and the property was spotless. This is my first time at this property and so far it's one of my favorite at Myrtle Beach. We had an ocean-view room and it was beautiful. Thanks!

We have been staying at Kingston Plantation for 15 years. Royal Palms is definitely our favorite! The rooms are nicely appointed--love the Tommy Bahama furnishings. Nice kitchen area. Great that there is actually a dining area that seats the entire family. Lots of storage areas during long stays. Separate laundry area is nice. Spacious bedrooms and living areas. We love... More

We stayed at this location on Hilton points-in a regular hotel room, however we had most amenities of a larger space - refrigerator, microwave, dishes, glasses, balcony.. The beach was handy & not crowded, the pools were cool but the padded chairs in the sun were great - the bartenders, servers were very friendly and helpful to first timers and... More

We stayed at the Royal Palms this past weekend with friends. We enjoyed a beautiful ocean view room that was beautifully appointed and extremely clean. It was a very pleasant unit which had a very nice color pallette. We enjoyed the weather, and then went to the Hilton next door for a late night dinner. We went to the bar... More

Enjoyed the spacious rooms at the Royal Palms, oceanfront. We did not upgrade to a higher floor, but the room was still well appointed and clean. Everything is convenient from this location. The fitness center was just enough for my needs. The first people you meet at the gate are genuinely friendly and welcoming.
