We stayed here due to recommendations of 2 different friends. Well, obviously their definition of cleanliness is very different from mine! I didn't allow any member of my family to walk on the floor without footwear of some sort . . . we ruined several pairs of socks during our stay. The toilet overflowed while we were out of the... more

great value, we are a family of four and most hotels are too expensive. i love the view and love the balcony. my daughter loves the indoor pool which is very clean. The maid never did change our sheets, we stayed for 7 days. But, because we are a family, this by far the best deal in Myrtle Beach. We... more

We stayed in Suite 814 last year and had a great experience. This time it was 414 and it was, well, smelly. As soon as I opened the door, the smell of mold and sweaty old men hit me. I noticed white spots all over the floor and after touching it with my shoe, realized IT WAS MOLD!!! It was... more

We have been down to the sea horn many times this year was special as it was oru 25th aniversary and I had major heart surgery. The staff were great from the front office to the girl who cleaned our room and the grounds keeper. Everyone was helpful and polite. We plan on returning next year. We gave booking info... more

The only good thing about this hotel: The beach. The room had an odor to it to start with. The bathroom was disgusting. The tub and shower stall had never been scrubed, the whole time we were there (8 nights) the only thing cleaned in the bathroom was the toilet bowl which was was swished around. The facet on the... more

I've been staying at the Sea Horn for 23 years and believe it's the best low cost spot on the Strand. The staff treat you like family. It's a family oriented motel free of the 'riff-raff' present at other low cost motels. I've never had a bad experience unless you call a sliding glass door lock issue a problem and... more

This is our second year staying at the Sea Horn. We had a great time and the price is reasonable. We added two nights to our stay this week. We are already planning to return again next year. This motel is not fancy, but it has every thing we need for a nice vacation. more

We really loved our return visit to the Sea Horn. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage sons. Both sets of our parents have been staying here in the spring and fall for 10 plus years as well!! We were joined this year by our brother and sister-in law and their 2 teenaged sons for their first visit... more
