The facility is a disappointment. The elevators are dirty, hall way is smelly and with water marks. The swimming pool, already small , is divided into two by line, making it impossible to swim. we stayed at regency towers this year, as we have for the past 16-17 years. it was great, and clean as usual. the stafff were more then helpful. the air conditioning wasn't fit for my aunt. because she has "hot flashes" and staff workers were immediately sent to fix it, and we were also offered another room if not fixed.... more

Just got back from staying at Regency Towers. Wow. My family has never been more relaxed and treated better than our 10 years of going to Myrtle.
