I am sorry you were unhappy with the first unit, but our front desk did switch you to a better unit upon request. Many of the units are getting seasonal repairs and replacements done this winter. Security has a check point system that requires them to patrol with an electronic wand to verify they are moving from area to area....
The Atlantica I is the coolest building on Myrtle Beach! We were pleased with the style, cleanliness, and service here... And our favorite spot, Broadway at the Beach, is only 5 minutes away! more
Why not contact persons who have reservations to make sure they are 25 or over? I understand the facility changed hands but a "contract" was in place. Sorry about your misunderstanding about our property. Our condominuims are all privately owned but managed by our company. The owners' policy concerning restricting rentals to Families and Couples over 25 has been posted on our website since it changed in October 2008.
