I made a reservation to stay at The Mariner Motel but had to cancel it. The hotel owner yelled at me and told me that he could not give me my money back. He then said that he would try to rent to rent the room to someone else by a certain time and if he could not then he... More

My first advice to anyone that books a place for vacation is to figure out your budget and what amenities you want as well. For 5 nights and with 2 dogs this place was $200 a night for an average 4 person family. First thing is that the staff are sincerely nice and they will get you everything you need.... More

I spent my 2013 summer vacation here. I was dissapointed as the outside is kind of depressing with the colors. The landscaping is nice but not maintained. Also, trees carry bugs and birds. The decks are filthy with no furniture. I was unable to set out my entire stay. I walked on the deck to talk on the cell and... More

This is my 4th return to the Mariner and I love it. Our room was fully updated and wow I was blown away at the nice change. We have 2 very clean pools. The jacuzzi is freshly cleaned and the staff is like family as nice as they are. I LOVE the fact that no one enters our rooms. We... More

Our second stay at the Mariner since being updated - don't know which property Talya stayed at but obviously seems like her reviews are not factual. Replacing the flooring but leaving nasty cabinets, gross chairs with stuff on them to the point I took an extra sheet (Lysol sprayed none the less) and draped it over is bad enough. However... More

You couldn't pay ME to ever stay here again....at a beach I expect sand and grit on a floor. Dirt is totally unacceptable, bare feet were black in moments. Avi is a nice personable guy but he doesn't inspect his rooms on a regular basis. The toilet was about to fall over because the bolts were rusted and loose at... More

This dog-friendly motel is across from the beach that allows dogs after 5pm & is within easy driving to all attractions. My dog & i stay here every July, & the manager, Avi, is always adding improvements. Dogs have their own fenced-in play area with sandboxes, grassy areas, doggy bags & shady or sunny seating for the dog handlers. Avi... More

Good place to stay, pet friendly, just across the street from the beach. Not brand new but has a nice natical flavor and a little pizzia on site with very good pies. Price was reasonable for the location and setting. We enjoyed being able to walk our little dog on the beach and the shaddy side streets away from traffic.... More
