I would have to say that the pictures that are on here are nothing I seen during my stay you can't go to a cheap hotel and expect that your staying at the Ritz Carlton with that being said I think that the hotel was stocked with everything that was needing during my stay and that the staff was respectful.

The only good thing about this hotel is, it's on the beach! The hallways are dirty & kind of has a smell. The carpet in the rooms may or may not be attached to the floor & if you get a room with a kitchen, you might want to bring your own cookwear. The 1 pot me & my wife... More

My daughter and i took my granddaughter there on a vacation. All i have to say is it was gross the windows you couldnt even see through them they were so dirty. The floors were not vacumed, sweaped or mopped i had to buy a broom to sweep the floors and used a towel to mop the floors. The door to... More

My girlfriend and I reserved a room here for our annual girls weekend, and let me tell you, we did NOT stay long. First off, we pull into the parking lot and there is an exterminator truck parked in front of the building. We thought, this may not be what we were hoping for. Well, we went into the office,... After arriving to a rude reception and given our room we were absolutely horrified to find the light bulbs not working, the room dirty, and unsanitary conditions. This was supposed to be a weekend get away for my sisters anniversary it only to be turned into a nightmare. Moved to another room and the telephone doesn't even work. Awaiting service... More

Arrived at hotel and checked into the ocean view room. Walked in and looked around room and found a giant roach in the bathtub. I scooped it into a cup and brought it to the front desk where the front desk agent moved us to a new room on the next floor up. Went into the room and noticed it... More

Of course, the pics on their website looked great. Then we got there and the place is horrible. Filthy, large patches of wall covering peeled off everywhere, one elevator out of order and the other slow and clunky. Looks like a condemned building inside. Stayed one night (only because we had pre-paid the first nights stay) then went to Ocean... More

Place has not changed since the 90's. It's a dump, everything about it is old and not clean. The owners should not be allowed to open this place for business. Stove had rust spot, old mattresses, curtain at sliding door stained, mold around tub, shower curtain had mold on it. This is the worst place i've ever stayed at and it... More

My fiance and I stayed at The Polynesian on 9/10/14. We were greeted by a very nice front desk employee who actually went out of her way to see if we wanted a higher floor since we had an oceanfront balcony. We got to the room and after fighting with the key (haven't had a hotel metal key in FOREVER),... More

We planned a 4 day trip at the reef resort. We decided to go a night early and didn't want to pay a arm and leg. So I booked here (seeing as we will get in at 1am and check out at 11am) Well, AFTER booking they confirmed all these included cost. 50$ per "student" I'm not a student. I'm... More
