We always stay at the same 2 hotels that are fairly high priced & ocean front every time ( 7-9 times per year we visit ) but the last couple of times we've rolled the dice on Booking.com... This time we got 2 oceanfront Queen suites with full kitchens for less than the price of 1/2 of 1 of our... More

I have been to a lot of hotels. This is by far the worst experience I have endured in any hotel anywhere in the world. As others have said, the rooms are filthy. Everything is broken and no one cares. This was probably the worst service, worst bed, most dirty room I have seen. This facility should be torn down... More

I would have to say that the pictures that are on here are nothing I seen during my stay you can't go to a cheap hotel and expect that your staying at the Ritz Carlton with that being said I think that the hotel was stocked with everything that was needing during my stay and that the staff was respectful.

The only good thing about this hotel is, it's on the beach! The hallways are dirty & kind of has a smell. The carpet in the rooms may or may not be attached to the floor & if you get a room with a kitchen, you might want to bring your own cookwear. The 1 pot me & my wife... More

My girlfriend and I reserved a room here for our annual girls weekend, and let me tell you, we did NOT stay long. First off, we pull into the parking lot and there is an exterminator truck parked in front of the building. We thought, this may not be what we were hoping for. Well, we went into the office,... After arriving to a rude reception and given our room we were absolutely horrified to find the light bulbs not working, the room dirty, and unsanitary conditions. This was supposed to be a weekend get away for my sisters anniversary it only to be turned into a nightmare. Moved to another room and the telephone doesn't even work. Awaiting service... More

Arrived at hotel and checked into the ocean view room. Walked in and looked around room and found a giant roach in the bathtub. I scooped it into a cup and brought it to the front desk where the front desk agent moved us to a new room on the next floor up. Went into the room and noticed it... More

Of course, the pics on their website looked great. Then we got there and the place is horrible. Filthy, large patches of wall covering peeled off everywhere, one elevator out of order and the other slow and clunky. Looks like a condemned building inside. Stayed one night (only because we had pre-paid the first nights stay) then went to Ocean... More
