The resort looks as if it was a high end resort. I was there for the 4th of July weekend and most of the staff seemed as if they were on vacation with us. This was a combined family trip to the beach. The room was clean, the view was awesome, the size of the room/s was awesome. I have no complaints really about this place BUT the pools were kind of dirty at time but it was a busy weekend and everything else was really great. Would stay here again! more

One of the things that can be a pain about Myrtle Beach is all the traffic during the summer. The Carribean is so conveniently located to the Convention Center, Broadway at the Beach, and Coastal Mall that you don't even have to get on any of the major highways. 9 of us stayed from June 18-21, 2009. We got the 3-bed/3-bath angle oceanfront condo and it was GREAT! Surprisingly spacious and had tons of amenities. Beautiful accommodations, great location and the price was right. If you have children, I would recommend you stay here as they have plenty to do and it's just as good for adults. Only complaint would be check in can take long depending on the number of guest arrivals, some towels were a tad dingy (ppl probably took to the beach)... more
