From the front desk (Andrea) to the delightful shuttle service (Charles) it could not have been better. Well maybe breakfast buffet service (Carol) could have been a liitle more attentive and friendly. As other reviewers have said there is a reason for the discounted rates and buyer beware. If you expect a normal Hilton propery this is not it. This is a discounted no frills property. The hotel is older and in need of updating but the outstanding service by the Hilton employees negates the outdated rooms. We were in rm 1015 with a beachfront view and balcony with chairs. had no problems while staying there and all staff were very friendly. Appreciated the variety of pillows and triple sheeting on the beds. The beachfront bar and grill was a favorite place and we met locals there who told us about local attractions.
