We booked this hotel for Spring Break weekend 2015. It was nice for a weekend getaway. No wifi, so my niece had to walk across the street to use the other building's wifi. The kitchen area is really small, but everything was clean. Nice big balcony overlooking the hot tub and pool. The pools across the street at Caravelle were... More

My fiancée's grown son and daughter and their families stayed at places oceanfront. We were only a few blocks walking distance from them. St. Johns was calm, relaxing and quiet... a very nice change from the busyness of the beach. Her grandchildren were at our door mornings to see if I would play pool at the Caravellel across the street.... More

We made a last minute reservation here, just to make sure we had some place to sleep for the night on the day of our arrival, the weekend prior to Labor Day weekend. The room had two queen beds (too soft for us), a flat screen tv, microwave, small refrigerator and small dining table. The balcony was wide and faced... More

We stayed at the St.Johns Inn. First their website said they had wifi and they only had it in some of the oceanfront rooms and in the lobby. Rooms were awful and were not clean. I wiped down everything before I felt ok to put our things down in it. The rooms desperately need to be updated; brown carpet, out... More

Just stayed here The Saint Johns in a Myrtle Beach Landmark but don't assume it's old the rooms have been renovated and I am not sure where these photos on the home page have come from. My room was spotless and very nice with hardwood floors. The room rate was very nice every other room around was $170+. If you... More

The Caravellle Resort is nice, but the hotel St. John, is old and badly maintained. The rooms were dark and dirty and need to be fixed up. The furniture is old and falling apart and not well maintained. The pool however is great old pool that is an excellent pool, well maintain and extremely clean. Too bad the room was... More

Not good at all! Dirty sheets, poorly constructed building with stains absolutely everywhere... I couldn't imagine a worse hotel. I will say customer service was fair.... Only stayed one night and had it been more I would have definitely switched hotels...

Staying at St.John's was not my cup of tea.. was disappointed. elevator doors open before it stopped at floor. pool wasn't clean. The bathroom door was cracked but that was the only thing in that apartment that was remotely bad! We went during the last week of August when the sales just begin to start in Myrtle Beach. Labor day... More

My family of five vacation in MB quite often, so we tend to be very critical of our accommodations. On this trip, which we didn't plan six months in advance, we decided to save a little money and stay at St. Jonh's Inn, and we were very pleased. The Inn is owned by the Caravelle Resort, so if you stay... More
