Good location between North and Myrtle Beach. Just don't try to turn left in the summer! Dated property. Towels need an upgrade. Good staff. Decent breakfast. Nice price. More

Stayed 25-27 Nov 2011 and it was ok. Hotel definitely showed signs of wear, particularly the bathroom in room 423. Not all that clean either. Was a lower standard than most Marriott Fairfield Inn's we have previously visited. Found someone else's phone charger in the room (a hint to us the room wasn't cleaned well). Had to ask, for the... This hotel is a bit below average standards for the Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites brand, BUT is still a decent hotel with a good location and is still worth a shot... The rooms are clean, well maintained & need of a little update. (Maybe start with the TV's by putting flat screens in.) It is now a standard for... More

This hotel is in bad need of a renovation. We were placed on the 4th floor and the hallway carpet was very degraded. The room was clean, but the furniture was customer beaten, the T.V. was old (not a flat screen T.V.) and the cable/satellitte reception was terrible on a lot of the channels. The worst part of the stay... More

We stayed two different (not consecutive) nights at Fairfield. I left some personal items in the room when I left and called within a few hours to retrieve them and was unable to talk to anyone or get them back for 4 days. During the first visit, the bathroom door was stuck and the sink would not drain. In the... More

The Hotel is pretty beat up. Breakfast was the best thing they had going for it. Very old feel to it, needs to be remodelled. Pool is indoor, very small and depressing. We had to ask for a different room as the one they gave us smelt terrible.Staff was friendly. We were unhappy with the hotel in general, luckily we... More

I am a Marriott Rewards member and I think this is the worst Marriott I have ever stayed at. The hallways were dark and musty. The room had a mildew smell to it and all around the tub was orange stains and rust. More

This hotel could use an upgrade. The hotel is not what one would expect for a Fairfield. It is also quite out of the way of the Myrtle Beach activities. Find something closer if you want to go to the beach. More

Thank you for having chosen our Fairfield Inn Myrtle Beach North; we appreciate your business. Our hotel is located on the north end of Myrtle Beach between the cities of Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. The Grand Strand has plenty of beach access points and entertainment venues that are within a few minutes' drive from our hotel. More

I stayed here for business in August 2011. I had no problems, no complaints. I was attended to promptly, staff was friendly and hotel was clean. I picked an "off the beach" location to avoid traffic. This hotel is about 1 mile from Barefoot Landing, so it can get congested in that area, but nothing to cause road rage over. More

I was prepared for worse, and had come with a list of alternate properties just in case it was really bad. Price was high compared to advance specials being offered at several beach resore hotels however there was no minimum stay requirement. Room, elevators, lobby were all okay. 4th floor hall had a funky smell which was hard to describe:... More
