Visited this resort after an acceptable stay last year and it was a disappointment this year. Parking continues to be a complete disaster at this hotel. we stayed in a 3 bdrm 2 bath room. everything was very nice about the rooms. The waterpark was great for the kids(youngest was 5 oldest was 14 and inbetween) . There is much to do, like getting your hair braided, henna/ airbrush tatoos and more. lifeguards are always on duty whice mase you feel very safe while the kids... more

We stayed at this property last year (2007) and the room was decent. This year we booked a two bedroom penthouse. There is a reason that the website doesn't show pictures of this room.
