You have to take the car...hotel is approximately 10-12 minutes from the beach (depending on traffic). Nice local area...quite a few "local" mom and pop restaurants in the area but again you have to drive...nothing in walking distance. Holiday Inn Little River is in a quiet, safe little neighborhood only 5 minutes from Cherry Grove Beach and approx 20 minutes from Myrtle Beach. We stayed during Bikers Week, for just 3 days. This is a decent hotel showing a few signs of wear and tear. The best thing is the convenient and relatively quiet location.
