This is the 2nd time we have rented through ResortQuest. Compared to renting thru the Kiawah resort itself, check-in is quick and easy. They give you a parking pass at the Freshfields office so you can get thru the main gate of Kiawah with no problem. They do have a good website so you can see exactly what you are... More

First of all, Kiawah is a beautiful place. The drive out from Charleston is through a two-lane highway with a canopy of old oak trees! That is enchanting in itself. And then the beautiful beach and ocean. It is breathtaking. We rented one of the Wind Swept villas and it was perfect. It was clean and well-kept. We appreciated the... More

We spent Easter weekend at this resort and really enjoyed it. 2 bedroom villa was roomy and kitchen had everything you need to cook some light meals which is a money saver for a family of 5. Security gate onto the resort makes you feel secure and the beaches were pristine. Free rental movies, great little shopping area with some... More

I have been renting through Resortquest for years. Rented with them for my honeymoon and the property was amazing. Loved renting movies through them for free. So helpful, everything worked. Didn't think any of this really was a big deal until a few months ago I rented through a private owner at Kiawah. The coffee maker was broken, I had... More

We recently visited Kiawah Island for the first time and used ResortQuest to rent a privately-owned villa on the island. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with our experience. The staff at ResortQuest are very professional, attentive and polite. I was impressed by the level of communication leading up to our vacation and with all the services... More

We rented the house for three adult couples, an adult single and two kids and fit with room to spare. The Master and one additional bedroom are furnished with one queen bed. Two bedrooms are furnished with two queen beds each and a fifth bedroom had a full-sized trundle / day bed good for two kids. The house is new-ish,... More

I recently rented a home on Kiawah Island using the services of ResortQuest Kiawah. I have travelled for many years, and was very impressed with the dedication, high touch service, and attention to detail that both ResortQuest Kiawah, and the individual property manager of our rental provided. In fact, it was our first family vacation to Kiawah Island, and we... More

My family and I booked 4 nights to stay in April. We booked a 3 bedroom cottage which was very nice. My sister rented a home on the other side of the island from the owner of the house. When we tried to drive over to see her we were rudely told we didn't have the right pass. The security... More
