Love this place. I've stayed here twice now and this is a fantastic unit. The view is fantastic. The furnishing are up-to-date and the condo is always clean. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. It has one bedroom, with a queen bed. There are two bunk beds in the entry way, and a fold out couch. I haven't... More

From vacationing with other couples during the last few years, we have seen at least five units in Building C in this complex. Up until now we have been satisfied with the overall condition of the units (especially 314C last year, but no longer available). The unit this year was 316 in Building C. The bottom line, gross; old and... More

Went for a ladies weekend. One bedroom on the first floor, cabin 125. It was ok. As other reviewers mentioned, it's a wonderful location to walk to restaurants on IOP though keep in mind that they appear to all be individually owned. Pay attention to the ranking that each unit receives that range from standard to good to deluxe. The... More

I booked through VRBO and should have known better since the most recent review was in 2012. The unit clearly has water damage that needs attention. Peeling wallpaper with black mold underneath. Water stains on the popcorn ceiling. The bedding was just gross and prompted a $70 trip to Target for blankets and pillows. Not really a comfortable place to... More

We stayed in 211 and it was clean, well-furnished and right on the beach practically. The second floor is best because of what a previous reviewer wrote about it being a perfect balance between view and stairs to climb. I know cabins are individually owned and ours was well maintained. Such a nice view of the beach and pier in... More

We leased our condo VERY last minute! We were so extremely pleased with our unit. The place was newly renovated & had all the modern conveniences one could ever need or want. The owners paid special attention to the little details which was a pleasant surprise since we did not know them or the property and did not get our... More

We stayed at the Sea Cabins after I did much research to find a good, reasonably priced, beachfront room for Charleston beaches . Although I enjoyed the time at the beach in the Isle of Palms, the room and it's accommodations were just OK. This particular room had 1 bedroom, a Murphy bed in living room, and two tiny bunk... We had a nice weekend away at Sea Cabins! Would have been nice to have an elevator but we were informed up front so no surprises! Loved location and proximity to beach, pier and pool. Would definitely stay here again

Have stayed many times in the past. Last two visits were the same - a nightmare. Filthy, smelly, never cleaned, poor a/c, moldy, came away with multiple flea bites as souvenirs, complete idiots are allowed to trash the area. There are very few good experiences - those are with caring, diligent owners. The real estate office, however - they should... More

The bed squeaked horribly, so much so that it woke my wife, four year old and me up every 10minutes every night. On the other hand, its location/proximity to pool, beach and restaurants is awesome and the 3 units we have stayed at in Sea Cabins have been up-dated and well priced. Unfortunately every owner should upgrade their sheets, towels... More
