First of all read nakd's review above. There is confusion about the name. We stayed in Spinnaker at Shipyard. Beautiful 2-bedroom, 2 floor townhouse. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Full kitchen with everything you need to eat in. Full size washer and dryer in unit. Half bath on ground floor. TV w/ DVD. Now for you golfers. Free green fees... more

Loved it there. Had a great 2 bedroom townhouse on the golf course. Had to bike ride to the beach though. If you drive you have to park very early. Pool was very close. Had baby alligators in the pond behind the townhouse. more

First, be careful when looking at reviews of this, as there is a difference btwn. Spinnaker at Shipyard and the Spinnaker Resorts (Waterside, Erget Point, The Cottages, Soutwind II, Carolina Club). The actual resort called Spinnaker is a timeshare property w/rentals manageged through RMC. They include free greens fees (not free golf, carts aren't included) at Port Royal and Shipyard... more

Condo - we had a 3-bedroom, 3 bath unit overlooking the children's pool. It wa spotless clean and slightly dated in decor. It had 2 king size beds and 2 twin beds. I have stayed at Waterside by Spinnaker in the Shipyard Plantation in January 2005 and in May 2006... both stays have been in 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, full-kitchen units with washer & dryer in the unit... the units are clean, well decorated and spacious... the maintenance & housekeeping staff has responded cheerfully, courteously, promptly and competantly to all minor problems/requests... the unit's... more

Just wanted to inform readers that the Spinnaker Condos are newly referbished and in great shape. Everything was in new like condition. The only draw back was the distance to the beach. We drove or rode our bikes to get there. We had two 19 year old boys with us and they had a wonderful time. They enjoyed the band... more
