Great vacation. We travel a lot and this was first time in HH. The Village is a small but older resort but close to everything including the beach, shopping, bars, restaraunts and golf. Staying the the Dunes was one of the most relaxing vacations we had. Can't wait to return in September 2013.

We stayed in a studio, which was just fine for my husband and I. If there were any more people it definately would have been too small. The place was very clean and we had no complaints about it. In a great location, just a very short walk to the beach and the Dunes House beach restaurant. (The only negative... More

Jan was very nice on the phone when I called to arrange for a late arrival. She offered she would be there until 7:00 and if we found we were running late she could provide a drop box. When we met in person she was just as nice recommending several local restaurants that we not the standard tourist stops. Our... More

We ome to Hilton Head Island every year during the summer months and have stayed in several different resorts. We took advantage of a living social deal, that gave us a 4-night stay with kayaking and a gift certificate to One Hot Mamas, to come for the New Years weekend. Peter who handled booking the stay was very friendly, responsive... More

I could say our week at the beach was perfect staying in The Village at Palmetto Dunes but after getting home and realizing I had left my jewelry case in the condo I called to see if anyone had turned it in and the manager was not as sympathetic as I was hoping. I was literally told, "it isn't in... More

So pleased with everything about Palmetto Dunes! Perfect place for a family vacation. Convenient to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and activites. Would consider renting bikes the next time around. Such a fun place to make memories!

We are so happy you enjoyed the Village. The proximity to the beach and the Dunes House restaurant, as well as the tennis center and Robert Trent Jones Golf Course can't be beat! Come stay with us again! More

We have been coming to The Village since 1993. Over the years we have went from renting to purchasing 5 weeks of ownership. Accommodations range from town houses to efficiency bungalows. The complex is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones golf course and the Palmetto Dunes tennis facility. Everything you would want on a vacation is here. Excellant accommodations, close... More

My parents bought a time share in The Villages when I was a teenager and they have since given it to me. I still love it!!! The condos are clean, quiet and tranquil. You are close enough to everything, but far enough away that it is private. The beach is a short walk or bike ride. The tennis and golf... More

Just returned from The Village at Palmetto Dunes., located within Pametto Dunes Plantation. Went for a relaxing week with my husband and it was perfect! The studio is small, so if you want a lot of room, this is not the place for you; however, it was immaculate, which is extremely important to me. The unit did not have a... More

The Village is a nice complex within the huge Palmetto Dunes Plantation. It has its own small pool and is just a short walk to a beautiful beach. Our unit was clean and comfortable, although a little cramped for four people. It's starting to show its age, but was well maintained. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There's plenty... More
