We have been owners at this property for many years. The facility, staff, location and amenities are the best. Wilma and Vera will take care of anything you may need. We absolutely love the Heritage Culb and look forward to our time there each year. Every unit was redecorated this year. As a long time owner my only complaint is... More

We stayed at the Heritage Club in February, 2014. The unit we stayed in on the 4th floor was completely redone. It was quality in every aspect! We loved the unit and it was good because the weather was cold for a few days so we enjoyed staying in and fixing a home cooked meal instead of going out. It... More

Heritage Club meets the usual Marriott standard for cleanliness and quality. While amenities are limited at the resort because it is small, several positive areas are worth mentioning such as the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs, grills, and friendly staff. We enjoyed golf, listed in order of our opinion of quality at Palmetto Hall Cupp Course, Oyster Reef, and... More

It doesn't get any better then this. Great accommodations, great service, Wilma (front desk) and Sondra ( or Sandra concierge) are awesome. Sondra called Sat b4 our trip and made all restaurant reservationss, called again our second day to see if we were satisfied w/ the accommodations and remind us of the reservations. She asked if the fireplace pilot had... More

From the moment I called Wilma at the front desk to let her know we had never been to HHI before and would be arriving well beyond the time the office would be open (yikes what do we do?), until we left. This place was beyond our reviews. Each unit is has 2 master suites w/whirlpool tubs. The kitchen was... More

We stayed here the first week in August, 2013. Close to Harbour Town for restaurants and shops. Quaint trolley just across from hotel to beach. Rooms, big and clean (stayed with 7 adults). If you're looking for a "resort" hotel with pool bar, music, etc, this is not it. However, the pool is quiet and not crowded. There are plenty... More

We came to Hilton Head primarily to bike and enjoy the natural beauty and great restaurants. Therefore the Heritage Club was great for us. It's well situated in the beautiful Sea Pines section of HH--where the bike trails are shaded by a wonderful canopy of pine trees. We didn't use our car for our entire stay and biked all over... This is my favorite place to stay in Hilton Head! I have been going to Hilton Head for 20 years! Amazing. Well kept rooms. Beds are so comfortable! The bed rooms are big. The master room is great! The jacuzzi is great used every night. The living room and kitchen are wonderful and very nice! The pool is heated and... More

We stayed for one week Aug 2012. Having never heard of Hilton Head was not sure what to expect, I can say we all loved it. This Marriott has a special feel about it, maybe due it only being a small hotel but we felt it had an exclusive feel & was very well kept throughout from the villas to... More

The Heritage Club is a quaint little gem filled with a wonderful staff, large, well- appointed rooms with each bedroom furnished with a huge hottub. We had friends visit us and we all agreed that this Marriott was one of the most comfortable living spaces. The only unfortunate thing was that the outside pool and hottub were closed from Monday...
