We have been DVC members for about 10 years and this was the first time we ever stayed at the Hilton Head resort. We stayed in a two bedroom which was spacious and clean. We had a beuatiful marsh view with great sunsets. Disney has peer on site that you can fish and crab off of. My son's and I... More

We are DVC members, so we figured we give HHI a try.....we were glad we did. The resort did not disappoint. Just a hint of Disney theming, but the Disney service was evident. We stayed in a 1 bedroom in building 12 overlooking the marsh and boardwalk. We loved this location. very private, convenient to Lodge. We were able to... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. Nicely appointed as with all the Disney 2 beds. Anywhere. We have a Disney timeshare so used our points. Snack bar on site. Various supermarkets close by if you have a car. Publix, Fresh Market, HiLo etc. Great restaurants a short drive away. Easy to find cabs. Downs are not much shade by... More

So much to do! Best part is the Disney customer service and dedication to family fun opportunities. I traveled with two 13 year old boys who had a blast! We rented bikes for them and they took off riding on the paths to the beach, kayaking in the sound, playing ping pong and pool and soaking up the sun at... More

We've been coming here for many years, sometimes just my husband and son, and often extended family. We always have a great time. Beautiful resort, lots of activities for families, and the staff is exceptional. The rooms are clean and spacious. It is truly the only vacation where we unwind and relax. This is our home away from home!

This was our first stay at this resort and our first visit to Hilton Head Island. We've stayed at DVC resorts at Disney World and there was a definitely DVC feel here. Not as much Mickey stuff as Disney World, but enough to make you feel like you're at a Disney property. Check-in was a breeze; the front desk staff... More

We had visited this resort for an overnight in each direction for our most recent WDW trip - but this was our first full week stay to really experience the resort and what all it has to offer. We stayed in a 3BR Grand Villa. The property only has a few 3BR units, and they are ALL located on the... More

Our family (mom, dad, sons 12 and 4 yrs.) checked in for a 1 week stay and had a room on the 1st floor of the Live Oak Lodge (we were VERY close to where check-in is located). I know that some reviews have been mixed, but for our family, this resort was a PERFECT place to stay for a... More

This is our home resort through disney vacation club. The check in was great, the grounds are pretty. The staff could not have been nicer. You feel like you are in a cabin in the woods. The place is so dark, the kitchen is ill equipped the couch is so uncomfortable I think the place needs a complete overhaul and... More

Firstly: This was my first time at any resort (i.e., non-hotel) property. This review is primarily for those who have never stayed at "resort"-type property before. My family stayed here for three nights in mid-June 2012. Pros: -- Service was nearly impeccable, other than our initial registration, which took almost an hour due to technical problems with Disney's computer systems.... More
