I've stayed many times at this property and have always received great service. The new breakfast is great! I'll be back next month. more

We've been staying at this hotel every year for the annual Concours Show. Until now, it was okay, but this year, the place was disgusting. The rooms smelled, they were dirty, and the furniture well-worn. We ordered a suite and they gave us a room with a pool table. Next year we'll go elsewhere. more

This is not a QUALITY inn. Define quality!!! This is a list of complaints we have: 1. Pool and deck was dirty, needs to be redone , several chairs were broken 2. Bathrooms at pool were worse than filthy 3. We were told there would be DELUXE breakfast. and all we saw was waffles w/o syrup, rice krispies, bread, muffins... more

We were told by vacationplays.com that this was a first class hotel and signed up as part of a timeshare presentation. It is not first class- the service is poor, the rooms are OK, make sure you get one with the a/c that works and skip the breakfast. more

I used a coupon for the SC coupon book from the SC welcome centers. Thought I was getting room for $36/night. Small print said this was walk-up rate if available. I got rate of $41 because I called in the same day. On check out was informed that there was an additional $4.75 resort fee. Total w/tax $54. Place was... more

Upon arrival I learned there was not an exercise facility. The "free" breakfast was not replenished faithfully. The carpet in the hotel lobby areas was very dirty and stained. The microwave was roach infested. I ended up with roaches in my suitcase. more

This hotel was well located. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. However it was very noisy. The room was clean but "well used." The door hardly closed. Breakfast was very bad. The price was great but I would pay more next time for a better place. more

On our way to FL...we planned to stop over for a night on Hilton Head Island. We booked the Inn after good ratings on hotels.com's website. Our rate was $35....so my expectations were low. Check-in was painless and the staff members were pleasant. Our room was much roomier and brighter than I expected. We has a chair, sofa, and desk.... more

We booked through Priceline and I dreaded the stay after reading the reviews here. Expectations were very low, but we only stayed two nights so we figured we could tolerate it. Considering our low expectations, we were pleasantly surprised. The room wasn't fabulous by any stretch, but it was reasonable and clean. No musty smells. The staff was very accommodating... more

This place was a hotel nothing else! Our room smelled awful when we showed up, the rooms were not sound proof so you could here sirens every hour of the night along with the traffic. There were also hidden charges! Pay a little more and stay somewhere else more
