Nice and spacious villa located near many attractions and pet friendly. The owner was very accommodating to us on payment and kept in continuous contact with us. Only negative was the parking area which didn't have assigned spaces and could become crowded especially with work trucks parked in spaces while doing renovations on other villas. There are also only two... More

We rented Unit 717 through Wyndham Vacation rentals. It was an end unit located right across from the lagoon, and right around the corner from one of the several community pools. The unit was not very clean and incredibly dusty when we arrived -- as if no one had been in it for months. Also, the master bathroom was way... More

Our family rents a place at Queens Grant annually so that we can all stay together. In times past we've been able to comfortably sleep the combination of kids and adults with no problem, but this year was different. The villa was supposed to sleep ten, but there were only four beds and no sleeper sofas. Before booking, double check... More

Queens grant in Palmetto Dunes is a nice famliy stay at the beach. The units are getting a little dated, but it depends on the owner I guess. It is close to the beach, not walking, but bike distance for sure. Also there is a beach 'bus' that will drive you for 'free' within the resort. Would stay again, have... More

We are renting a condo in Queens Grant portion of Palmetto Dunes. It is such a great location- close to the beach. Great place to rent bikes as there are trails everywhere. Another plus is the free Palmetto Dunes buggy that takes you to the beach or across to Shelter Cove. Beach access at dunes house beach is small so... More

Have loved Queen's Grant for years. Quiet, close to the beach. The pools all are getting run down and really dirty. The grounds and golf course are nice as is the General Store. Upgrade pools and keep folks coming back! It's time to upgrade for sure.

We stayed in Unit 690, a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo overlooking the duck pond. Expansive deck with built-in seating overlooks duck pond. Very peaceful setting just a short ride to the beach. The condo was well stocked with everything you could need. The only thing that was a bit weird was lack of cabinet space for food so we... More

We stayed in 790 Queens Grant last week.Beautiful condo, spacious, fully equipped kitchen. The inside of this condo is impeccable, the outside areas, not so much. The deck had paint cans stacked in it and the grill has seen better days.We chose to not use the deck except to keep bikes. The a.c. just couldn't keep up during the day - it would...
