The room was nasty and dirty. I pulled down the bedsheets and hair was all over the sheets. The pillows had makeup and hair on them. Why do Indians have dirty hotels? My boyfriend called the front desk and the lady said she dont have anymore sheets, my bf said ok he will just take pictures and hung up. The... More

Dear Auhmilyon, I apologize for the inconvenience this caused you and we have taken care of the bed linen. I spoke spoke to my housekeeper to ensure that the linen must be clean with no hair, before they change it. I assure you when you visit next time you will be pleased with our hospitality and cleanliness. Please contact me in... More

I arrived in greenwood during their annual baseball tournament. Rooms were scare. I'm sure some of the local "hourly" hotels are worse - but this place was very un-kept, borderline nasty and should be a last resort. Too many issues to list - just don't have high expectations. The breakfast is a joke.

I've stayed in worse place, but this property is not most well-kept. We stayed here b/c they were pet friendly. ($100) for the week though. There is always glass in parking lot, so watch out when you walk your dog. We actually took the dogs over to the very nice park that is only a mile away. The room was... More

This place needs to be closed down. The door to the room would not close completely and they expected me to stay in there. I asked for different room and they said they were booked up but then all of a sudden he found one. 1 pillow per bed only one sheet on the beds, no soap, 3 towels. Do... More

The staff was more interested in charging their $15. pet fee policy than addressing the housekeeping issues that I brought to their attention: thin, scratchy towels, soiled wash cloths, malfunctioning commode. Breakfast was meager and poor. Squeeze bottle margarine for toast had use by date expired. The rooms and grounds of the whole "inn" are in need of major spring... More

When we checked in the people were nice, lobby was presentable, and that's all we have good to say! Parking lot was filthy and a female was walking around in her nightgown looking for 'that man'. Discovered later she was the maid..but she certainly did not know how to clean! Beer tops, candy and food paper on the floor, no trash... More

My family and I were in the area as my daughter was playing in a volleyball tournament at a nearby college. However, I was unaware how big the tournament was going to be as I tried calling other hotels in the area but everyone was booked. Luckily, this hotel still had rooms available. The manager Sam and the front desk... More

Despite all the bad reviews I have seen about America's Best Value Inn it's well kept and not nasty. The room was well kept and very clean. The only thing that wasn't supplied was the cups but that wasn't a big deal. I am enjoying my stay here. Everything is close by so that is convenient for me and my... More

My family and I stopped overnight at this hotel as were headed down to Jekyll Island and we were pleased with our stay. Good location as all major restaurants were down the road and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Room was well kept and all the fixtures were nice. Only complaint was pool was closed for remodeling and... More
