High priced hotel for: no free internet service (it's $9.95 for 24 hrs. minus 8-10 hrs. to sleep minus 2 hrs. to shower and dress minus 8+ hrs. out of hotel to see sights and attend SoCon tournament games = approx. 4 hrs. to use their precious internet service in a 24hr. period) I asked about using the business center... The hotel was OK but check in was a bit annoying. I checked in around 10:00 at night and the parking garage elevator has a sign that says hotel entrance on floors 1 & 3. KI tried to go from 3 but the door was locked and said to go to 1. I walked back to the elevator, with my... More

Stayed 5/4 to 5/7. Know what to expect! Hotel is under major construction but still workable. Ask for rennovated rooms and discounts because of construction 8th floor is very nice with rooms that are so quiet we slept until 10:30 am! Nicely remodeled. PROS: extremely convenient to expressway from airport and to the terrific Main Street dining and entertainment district.... More

The main bar/restaurant is nothing but a slab of cement bordered off by 8 foot plywood walls. The 2nd floor restaurant is being demolished so breakfast is served in a ballroom that lacks the proper number of tables or staffing for a sold out hotel as it was this weekend. They easily could have added ten more tables and staff... More

The hotel looks a bit tired. No surpirise it is under renovation now. This means that you get(untill end of 2012) no view as the windows are covered with a plastic foil from outside (to protect from pain spiling). The lobby is partially covered by construction spots. The warning in my room sais that there may be some loud noise between... More

Thanks for posting a review of our hotel and we truly appreciate your patience while we complete our revitalization project. The conditions you noted of windows masked off for painting was a brief time period of which that job has been completed with no further window masking. Thank you for taking the time to share your observations and truly hope... More

Construction for renovation is ongoing for all of 2012. They were not really loud but it was a distraction in the main lobby areas. We were given a room on e far side of the hotel and left early so the construction was never really heard. I found the service to be friendly. The rooms are small and somewhat dated... More

I read the recent reviews and tried to change hotels, but couldn't. Good thing I didn't. It's a nice hotel and the horror stories you read about the reno's shouldn't deter you from staying here -- if you want to sleep in, it may be a problem, but if you're here for business and up at a normal time, then... Our stay was horrendous here from the time we drove up until the time we left! OMG!!!! The valet, if that's what you want to call him, was SLOW, RUDE & hard to understand.
