The staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating. I asked for and received one of the larger double rooms since i had my two teenage daughters with me. the room was clean and beds were comfortable. There was a live bug in the bathroom and an air conditioner that was straining to work.\ For such a large hotel... more

We booked a king bed room for our wedding night. Upon learning that we were honeymooning, the staff upgraded us for free to a king bed suite (it was huge!). There were curtains around one whole side of the suite (I think we were on the corner of the building), with a lovely view. We ate downstairs in the bar... more

My husband & I recently stayed 3 nights at this hotel, he being on business & myself on pleasure! :-) We were very pleased, found it to be very up to date. I will say the bathroom was a bit small compared to some I have stayed in, but no real issue. The location is GREAT, many restaurants very close... more

I'm moving to Greenville and I've stayed here twice recently. First the stuff I didn't like.... Parking is $6.00 a day and the garage is a bit of a hike to the bank of elevators. There is valet parking available if you don't mind paying even more however. There is no fridge or microwave in the room, which makes sense... more

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Greenville, and is handy to many restaurants and shops. The overall feel of the hotel was comfortable and secure and the staff was very friendly. But why do upscale hotels continue to charge for conveniences like internet access and parking when I can get a room at a 2-star establishment... more

My family and I had planned to stay here for three nights on a long weekend trip. After one night we ran screaming from the place. We were serenaded by the jazz festival as we tried to turn in for the night and then woken up around 1am by something louder outside and the sound of guests on our hall... more

First word - Priceline. Now, for the review. I was somewhat concerned about the state of the hotel from reading reviews here. I didn't encounter any problems seeing where there was a need for renovations, that were that bad and the room that I stayed in was clean. The good - Nice hotel, downtown Greenville. Convienent Location. Lots of restaurants... more

Thank goodness we only had to stay one night at this place. As other reviewers have said, this hotel is in need of a major renovation. The Hyatt has a great reputation but this location doesn't live up to their usual standards. The housekeepers need to be trained on proper cleaning. The bathroom had hair and a dead spider on... more

My fiance and I just stayed at the Hyatt in Greenville while we were in town for a wedding. The location is great for being downtown. There were tons of restaurants and shops just outside the door and once we parked our car at check-in, we never took the car out again. Everything is in walking distance, including the Falls... more

This hotel has an excellent location... Everything you could possibly want or need is within walking distance. I was disappointed with the housekeeping staff: the rooms were dusty and the floors were not vacuumed for the 2 nights we were there. Also, I found a pair of socks next to the bed that didn't belong to neither me nor my... more
