Room lovely, with four poster bed, chintz overstuffed chair, clean and quiet. Great setting, off the main road, up a winding drive with loads of trees, beautifully landscaped. The meal was fantastic - could wax poetically about several dishes - the crisp crab cakes, the utterly delicious au gratin potatoes, done in thin slivers, layered high, or the memorable grand... My wife and I took advantage of Tripadvisors $89 special, three course dinner, breakfast and a night at the hotel. I could not have been more pleased. the staff was great, the food at the Palms was incredable. The rooms are a bit old. but clean Happy hour in the lounge, and the music was great. we had a wonderful... More

Just returned from a weekend stay. We also purchased the Living Social deal and the Inn exceed our expectations! Very quaint! Loved the room decor. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the food in McKibbons was very reasonable and delicious. This was our first time to the Greenville area and we loved it. We hope... More

We wanted to stay at The Phoenix Greenville's Inn as it is mentioned at our website. They also say they are are a pet friendly hotel.....Well, we found out, they only take dogs which is not mentioned on their website. As we have a small kitten and we don't want to leave her alone for a night. So, the The... More

We stayed there booked as a group. As SOON as we drove up my family wasn't sure about staying there. It had the "motel" drive up to your room look & we were concerned. The place had a historic look & we aren't used to that because we always stay at chain hotels. Surprisingly, when we got in the lobby... More

We used the Phoenix as our headquarters hotel for a family wedding and were please by the charm of the property and the attention from the owners. Over the years it has become the hotel of choice for our family as we congregate in the courtyard by the pool and visit in a residential setting.

Even though I'm a "local"...I spent the weekend @ The Phoenix in Greenville, South Carolina and was very impressed. The facility gave us an early check-in on Saturday and a late check-out on Sunday. The room was very nice and we were by poolside. The pool was great w/ many lounge chairs and music. Saturday night the inn bar had... More

The Phoenix is such a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of life! We're glad you were able to relax and enjoy a weekend with us. Shag dancing is something that we certainly do well here, you'll have to come back every Wednesday night for more! More

We had a great time at The Phoenix for our little long weekend getaway from Atlanta. We stayed in one of the poolside suites which was great! More than enough room for just the two of us. The king size, four poster bed was very comfortable. The Phoenix is close to downtown and very quiet. We walked to the Irish... More
