This hotel is not luxurious but offers nice accommodations at a great price. The hotel is across from the convention center, so the location is good. They offer a great breakfast and we had a 2 night package deal that included a great dinner. I would definitely return.

I am forever grateful to the manager for helping me out in my time of need. I had a problem with my reservation and the manager and auditor came to my rescue. We found the staff very friendly, the tropical grounds around the pool relaxing, and room very comfortable. It is an older hotel, but has wonderful historic charm. Must... More

I must admit I was a little worried because of negative reviews but once we arrived I realized that for the most part the negative reviews were unfounded. This is a very charming Inn. It is not your sleek modern looking hotel. It is meant to replicate a bed and breakfast feel and that is exactly what we experienced. The... More

We were in town two days to direct a friend's wedding. We reviewed the mostly positive reviews online, particularly the ones noting the cleanliness of the Phoenix, and booked our two night stay. Upon our arrival, I was very disappointed to see that this is a motel. The photos online can be misleading but this is in fact an old,... More

Got to admit, I like playing the "name your own price" on the online travel sites and getting a wonderful room at a wonderful price when you just need to lay your head down a night or two in a location and be busy accomplishing your agenda. I have been successful many times in scoring 2.5, 3 and 4 star... More

I like many people almost missed this wonderful Inn. The chain I usually stay at was booked at both of their properties. I didn't prebook because of all the negative reviews, and asked to see the room before I paid! I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!!! What a CLEAN COMFORTABLE & QUAINT INN. The antiques throughout the lobby & restaurant were charming... More

Very run-down. We asked for pool towels and the desk attendant failed to mention that there was construction going on in the pool area. The extent of their false advertising is a crime. They have a no cancellation policy for a reason and it's because the quality is so poor.

The price was amazing, and I found out why. Nothing has been done to update the "Inn" since it was built, and it needs it BAD! The light fixture in the bathroom was something that belongs outside at a front door. My room was non smoking and I wish they had switched out the pillows. The smell of old smoke... More

Started out our anniversary at a stay at this inn. The room was clean, but in need of updating. The grounds seem rundown and not in a quaint way. We were across from the pool and tried to nap and all we heard was kids screaming. As far as the restaurant, we had a wonderful meal. The lamb chops were... More

This is a nice hotel with extremely friendly staff that is just in need of some TLC. We were booked in here for a business conference over a weekend and were greeted by wonderful front of house staff who were polite and helpful. The room was basic and worn but it was clean which is most important.
