“This is an adult residential neighborhood with a few rental properties that are not welcomed.”

A residential neighborhood, not a resort... false advertising! A few units are rented to the dismay of the other residents... we overheard people at the pool speaking of the few units rented weekly and the trouble it had caused... weekly renters not welcomed! Stay at the beach! The pool is small and the residents take up the whole area.. very... More

“This is not a resort, will not be back!”

This is not a resort, it is a residential neighborhood and the residents do NOT like the couple of homeowners that rent weekly. We went to the pool and were told straight out that we were not wanted and that we should not come back! Next time we will stay at a hotel on the beach for sure!
