This is a must stay!! Great room, service was nice, food was good, bathroom was clean, and room service was good. The loby was the best part to me!! Staff was friendly and very helpfull. We also had a great view of the park.

Has great customer service and they are willing to go out of their way to assist their customers. Great location to Carowinds. Everything was very clean. Don't let the remodeling stop you from staying at this hotel because they definitely compensate for the remodeling.

Phyllis at the front desk was very courteous and professional. The hotel may be undergoing repairs / renovations, but they do take good care of their guests.
