All the perks of a B&B with a new resort feel. The room (Hemingway) was fabulous with a screened in porch and large bathroom, the breakfasts were very tasty, and the wine/snack break in the afternoon was perfect timing before dinner. My husband and I stayed at Water's Edge for our 1st Anniversary. We could not have asked for better. The innkeeper was so much help, and the staff was very attentive. The rooms were exceptional as well. Its nestled right in Folly Beach, but just a short drive to Charleston. Would highly reccomend to everyone! more

My wife and I live locally and stayed here for our 24th anniversary getaway. The Inn is very nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff is warm, welcoming and provided outstanding service. We thoroughly enjoyed our bike ride around the area and long walk on the beach. We will be back. more

The minute we walked into the Inn we felt welcome and at home. The cheerful young lady dispensed with the paperwork and took us on a guided tour of the Villa and surrounding area.
