This was a one night emergency trip to Florence SC and I had not booked a hotel ahead of time, after arriving I picked this hotel because most others were either outrageous in price (week day at that) or booked up. The price at this hotel was great $$. The hotel is located right next to I-95, so close you... More

This was your typical Econo Lodge room. The pros: decent bed, microwave, mini-refrig, iron, hair dryer, color TV, free continental breakfast, etc. Cons: worn ( soiled) carpet, cracked window, loud heating/ac unit, drab paint colored walls. This room was well worth the money for a one night stay, however, with some clean paint, carpet, etc. this could have been a... More

Dear Guest, Thanks for your comments. I value both positive and negative assessments. We strive for 100 percent customer satisfaction, however, and we obviously fell short of completely satisfying you. Perhaps in the future we can make some of the changes you suggested. When you visit us again, don’t be surprised if you have an even better experience. We’re changing... More

We stayed 1 night on our way from Florida to Pa. We were exhausted because the trip took longer than usual due to added traffic. We forgot about spring break, bike week, and winter residents of Florida returning north. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was CLEAN and fresh. The mattress was very comfortable which we appreciated--got... More

We stopped there mid-February on a Friday night traveling from NJ to FL. Tired and hungry. There was an ice storm in the area and many people were out of power so most hotels were already booked. The front desk clerk said hotel was filled and we were "old" and tired and didn't want us to drive some more so... More

We were looking for a room to break up our long trip back to NY. Everything was booked along I95. We drove an extra 1.5 hours I was very apprehensive to hear this place still had rooms. Much to our surprise it was just what we needed. We stayed in building 3 and security was driving around to make sure... More

I was A recent guest at the Motel called The Eco no Lodge in Florence ,south Carolina The first thing I notice was the nice clean king sized bed, and the bath room was clean and extravagant . The towels were white as a cloud, and soft as fluff. My overall stay was comfortable and relaxing.

No issues here. Clean rooms, friendly staff and a good sized room. Comfy beds, too. I wish the breakfast was served a little later like most choice hotels, though.I didn't hear any trains in our five night stay like others have mentioned
