Had a wonderful stay with the staff at this location. They were friendly, helpful and went out of the way to make a nice stay great. From start to finish, check in to housekeeping, awesome. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. more

Let me just state that I stayed at this property a year ago as we traveled through the area as a stopover. We loved it so much, we decided to do it again. Being from Southwest Florida and always having warm temps, we relish the opportunity to have cool temps and a fireplace in the room. With the fireplace you... more

Because of proximity to family, I have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years. Long story short, for the first time ever they really, really messed up my reservation. I was very vocally unhappy. Somehow, they made everything right. Bottom line they made a mistake, fixed everything, and somehow took me from an irate customer to someone who... more

Stayed at this hotel and moved our student into USC. What a great place to stay!! We had more than enough space for three, comfortable beds, great maid service, and a wonderful hot breakfast each morning!! The property was very well kept and all the staff members (front desk, breakfast set up, maid/maintenance) were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend... more

I stayed at the Columbia Residence Inn for 5 nights on business. Location is convenient to downtown; only a five minute drive. Area immediately around hotel lacks quality restaurants. As for hotel itself: staff very friendly, breakfast and evening happy hour were great. The room was functional. Room was equipped with full kitchen, and combination living room/bedroom. The biggest negative... more

Stayed here for business and very satisfied. All was very clean, attractive and welcoming. The room and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast and cocktail reception was a great added amenity. No complaints with the hotel. Issues are that it is quite a hike from the airport and, other than Cracker Barrel, no decent dining within walking distance. more

We stayed at this Residence Inn for one night en route to Charlotte. It is the older style Inn with two story apartlment building style rooms. Cons: Our room was a two story suite with a living/ bedroom/bathroom/kitchen downstairs and bedroom/bath upstairs. There was a murphy bed which my kids loved downstairs, but the stairs themselves presented a danger to... more

This place had a pretty run down interior in the rooms to be a Marriott. The room wasn't clean either. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was fine, but I did not feel comfortable in the room. We had a bilevel penthouse. The coffee maker was dirty from the last guest. Thin sheets and dirty walls. Great shower head though... more

Stayed the evening of 6/22/07 in a 2 story penthouse suite for a rate of $169, including taxes. We were traveling with 4 children and this was the only hotel in the area that slept 6 comfortably. Residence Inns are marketed for longer term stays so they don't have the swanky feel of a hotel, but are like a sprawling... more
