I have become a regular at the Embassy Suites Columbia - Greystone. Comfortable rooms and lobby, convenient location, and the breakfast and managers reception is very nice. Staff is incredibly nice. I'll be back next week.

I try to stay at an Embassy Suites whenever I travel because they are great hotels. This location did not disappoint. It is a beautiful, clean hotel with top notch service. You really can't ask for much more- especially the made to order complimentary breakfast every morning!

Our group of 150 held a four-day conference here in March and everything related to the event was first rate. Food, service and rooms were all great and at good values. The staff here is the best I've worked with in a decade of involvement with such ventures. Top notch.

The Embassy Suites chain is always consistently good, which is why I enjoy staying there. One small challenge at the Columbia, South Caroline location: they did not have any non-dairy products (i.e. soy milk). This makes for a challenge if you are lactose intolerant.

Recently stayed three nights and Embassy Suites made the stay very pleasurable. Enjoyed great service, dining, and the exercise room allowed me to maintain my workout routine. My room was spacious and very comfortable. My only complaint would was with the heating/cooling system: I could not get the room to cool down to set temperature.
