I stayed at this hotel on a business trip to Columbia S.C. I expected it to be very nice, usually Sheraton Hotels are very nice. I arrived and checked in, and went to my room. I was pleased with the hotel experience so far. The room itself was very small, but was clean. The hotel staff was very nice. I... More

This hotel is lovely. Sure the rooms are tiny, but it adds to the character. The building looks like it has been around for centuries with hardwood and marble floors, molding around the ceiling, and a restaurant in the basement. The beds are comfortable and brand new. The bathrooms are modern. It is near a great part of town and... More

This was a tough one. Parts of the hotel get a 5 rating and parts get a zero rating. First - the rooftop bar was a blast! Really enjoyed that part of my stay. But- you don't have to be staying there to enjoy it. It gets a 5 The room - I was very disappointed. I was staying on... More

Spent the weekend in this Hotel for a wedding. It was an odd experience some really great things accompanied with substandard things. The hotel was entirely over priced for the service we received. Had to visit 3 floors to find a working ice machine - still didn't work the 2nd night after telling hotel staff. Was approved for early check... More

I went to Columbia for a job interview, and my sister set me up with the Sheraton because she's a Starwood Preferred Guest. I was just expecting a regular hotel room, but this place is so cool. The Vault martini bar is great, and my room had a lot of character with exposed pipes and hardwood floors. This stay was... More

My husband and I were staying there while he was on business. The check-in staff was very pleasant. We were checking in on Sunday, so everything was different. They did ask if we wanted a higher floor or bigger room. We chose a higher floor and our room was indeed small. But we stay in NYC a lot, so we... More

Not sure why my experience was so different than the previous positive reviews. I would say that at my check in, Robyn was great. She was very nice and helpful. That was the highlight. If you like to park at another hotel or just ride around hoping to get lucky, this place is for you. The valet (the one) was... More

This hotel has good intentions, good people, but ultimately cannot deliver because the renovated old office building has too many challenges for a nice hotel. the biggest problem of all is room noise (the rooms are a bit small too, but the noise is the big issue). Although the Club lounge is on the top floor, you do NOT want... More

The Hotel is in a converted historic office building and is very charming. The Club Lounge is a little undersized and the front desk & valet staff could be more knowledgeable about the sorrounding area, but overall very nice. The Hotel is pet friendly and our suite was functional although relatively small. we would definately return
