Heat/air is "central" type with a thermostat on the wall - not the noisy, drafty "window" type unit that is more typical of this level facility. Spent a wonderful night at the Homewood Suites in Columbia SC. The decor was very nice; I believe they must have recently undergone a renovation as everything looked crisp and new.
