When we finally made it the the room, we were disappointed that the rooms looked nothing like the pictures that were on the internet. They had roaches, the pool was green, we even found in our room(what we called a alien bug) something I had never seen before a house centipede. The latch for the door was broken and the faucet... more

My family and I came here on a trip to visit my brother who is gradutating from fort jackson (a near by military base). The service here was very nice, and the rooms were very clean. The food wasnt bad either, nor the coffee. Overall it was a nice place to be. With one exception. During our stay here we... more

Stopped here around 11:00 PM for the night. Have always had good experience with Comfort Inn, so we pulled in to the Comfort Inn Fort Jackson. The desk area was locked so I had to go around to a night window. Plenty of vacancies apparently. The room appeared clean except for the carpet which was very dirty looking... we all... more

I thought this would be a nice hotel, but it was absolutely nasty. The front desk people could barely speak English. Then the first room they gave me had a broken lock on the door! Once I got a new room, there was dirty nasty used soap in my shower and dirty towels thrown up on the towel rack, blood... more

I hadn’t read all the reviews before I booked a room. Then I went back and read all the reviews and was somewhat concerned but went ahead and stayed here anyway. It’s an older hotel. The rooms were very clean, the help friendly. It does have an odd location, but it's not hard to find. It’s located on a long... more

I came to North Carolina to visit my nephew in Columbia. I had to decide on a hotel, and decided on staying at the comfort inn on two notch. Looked very clean, quite, and cozy. Employee's were courtious and kind. more

The place is filthy - from top to bottom. The place looks like a prison. It is next to railroad tracks. Frankly, it's kinda scary. The ironing board has a vomit-like stain ALL OVER IT. more

We stopped here to rest on our long journey home. It is hard to find, it's next to railroad tracks. It's an older property. It's Ok for one night stay. The breakfast was wonderful including gourmet coffee, cereal, baked goods, waffles you make, toast, fruit included it the price. It was clean. more

My car was broken into while I stayed at this hotel. I stayed at this hotel on my way to Charlotte. I got to Columbia at 11:00 pm so we just wanted a place to spend the night. The hotel is dirty and poorly maintained, looks old, furniture is old and damaged, there was a roach in the bathroom and... more
