The City Centre is in a perfect location for a Charleston visit...easy walking distance to everything. The suites are impeccably clean and decorated in charming, quirky ways. Great owners - we noted that the bed in the Mod Suite was located very close to the outdoor heating unit, making it noisy for sleeping, and they let us know they'd be... More

Charleston is a bigger city that i had in mind. It is lively and you definitely need to be in a great location. This inn has a great location. Our room was cute with a living room space and a small bedroom. The bathroom was beautiful and if you stay longer you have a great kitchen. Parking is included in... More

This spectacular inn is located right in the heart of Ansonborough which is within walking distance to many of the sights in downtown Charleston. What a relief to not have to fight traffic and pay for expensive parking (free off-street parking behind the inn). We stayed in the Mary Scott suite which is located in the main house and gave... We had a wonderful stay at City Centre Inn. My family and I recently stayed at the City Centre Inn while in town for a wedding. We rented 3 of the 4 suites available (the Coastal, the Mod, and the Mary Scott suites). The location is PERFECT and in walking distance to everything (restaurants, shops and historic landmarks). When we... More

Stayed for three nights with Sarah and Jack in the Oleander garden suite. It was spacious, fresh and clean and had every facility available for a comfortable stay including breakfast which consisted of cereal, yogurt and fruit - tea and coffee were also provided, just enough to get us on our way for the sightseeing through the days and the... My husband and I spent our very short and thanks to a little help from our friends Jack and Sara, Quit special honeymoon at Fantasia. By far the coziest stay I've ever experienced. The room was beautiful along with the very peaceful piazza. Sara and Jack were very welcoming and the conversations were the most intriguing I've had the pleasure... More

I recently stayed at Fantasia, and I was very pleased with the accommodations. The room we stayed in was small, but plenty big for two people. There was a full kitchen (stocked with coffee and tea, eating utensils, etc), a living room (with small flat screen tv with cable), and a bedroom (with queen size bed). My wife and I... More

We had a wonderful stay at Fantasia. My husband and I stayed in the Magnolia room, and it was very clean and comfortable. We LOVED the hammock and porch! The bathroom was nice and big and had a bug jacuzzi tub. We were able to walk everywhere we went, including tons of amazing restaurants, historic sites, and shops. Jack and... More

Although the inn was a competative value and beautifully located, the major drawback was having to endure the odd (and, at times, inappropriate) conversations with Jack, the owner. Our room was comfortable and clean, but the bathroom shower needed to be scrubbed more carefully.

Hands down, this is the best B&B I've ever stayed at. Fantasia is a conveniently located, lovingly cared for B&B with site parking and verandas from which to enjoy the beautiful landscaping. It felt both private and quiet and is also central to many activities, restaurants, and shopping. I could not have been happier with the 1 BR with kitchen... More
