“Do Not Stay At This Hotel”

I have reported this place to thier Corporate Office!! The Manager Karen was extremley RUDE, and her customer service skills are extremley POOR!! On 10/31/12 I paid for internet service. We apologize for the miscommunication between our staff members regarding this refund. Our Area Manager attempted to call this guest 3 times over 2 days and received no answer. In the mean time, the refund was processed. More

I stayed here last week due to a fire and the staff was very frienly .this is a no frills hotel but in my time of need. it was outstanding . It is on the bus line too.
