I loved the resort enjoyed having a room with balcony that overlooked the harbor. Only about 2 miles from downtown Charleston. I do sort of wish we would have stayed downtown within walking distance of everything because parking was $10.00 to $20.00 bucks to park, that adds up quickly.

This is a nice hotel. It was a little pricey. It needs better access to the marina. It was a long walk, especially with luggage, from the marina to the the hotel lobby because you had to walk all the way around building to get back.

I was looking forward to staying at this brand new property on the waterfront in Charleston. The hotel is very attractive and close to where our meetings were. A hotel shuttle takes you to the downtown Bay Street area where all the attractions and restaurants are. Staff was very courteous and tried to please. The rooms were well appointed and... More

Worst customer service I have ever had at a Hilton property. when I checked in as a diamond member I asked for early check in and was told to come back in a hour they were full the night before and my room was not ready.I came back in a hour and was told the room was still not ready.... More

Stayed in a King Waterfront. Nice view of the marina. Room and bathroom were squeaky clean. Bed was very comfortable...and thank goodness had sheets that actually fit the bed and not the cheap ones that barely hang off the sides. Hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel does have an odd layout for the lobby...it's a blend of... More

Once you finally sort out the layout of the hotel and know your way to your room - this is a good hotel. Surprised there's no breakfast included in the rate and it's dearer than normal - but this is a lovely city and well worth the visit. Like the hotel / location.

This may have been my worst hotel experience ever, and not because it is filthy (it was not) and not because it was infested with bed bugs (it was not) and not because it was lacking in amenities (it is not). This hotel is run by a clueless staff who put the safety of their guests at risk. We had... More

We checked in to the hotel about 6pm and went immediately to the bar where I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The burger was OK but not worth $10. The first order of fries were greasy and so soft that I could tie them in a knot. After I c omplained they brought me a second order that was cooked... More

This is a great hotel in a beautiful city. Historic building with a tasteful, modern newly renovated look. Staff were all very friendly. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were very well kept, as with most HGIs. The only con I could find would be the clunky way you have to go through the restaurant to get... More

This hotel was super clean and staff members very pleasant. Near many sites and the shuttle service from the hotel to the tourist area (waterfront park, battery) was extremely helpful due to downtown parking. Would love to stay there again!
