I had never stayed in 2 storey accommodation before and was a bit annoying having to negotiate stairs to access the small kitchen and lounge but then again having 2 separate areas was cool ( both with TV) - good for family who want some separate space. Location couldn't be better and staff were friendly enough

First, a few things to be aware of - parking is about $18-20 a day, same fee to self park as to valet park. Units are 2 floors, so if stairs are an issue, no the place for you. No pool or resort type amenities. That said, this is one of the nicest places we have stayed at in a... More

This is my first time staying here. I generally stay on East Bay Street. This is an awesome location. You are in the middle of it all. You are right in between East Bay Street and Meeting Street so you are also located about halfway thru the Market. Best hotel I have stayed at for location. The hotel is plenty... More

Located in the heart of Charleston, the Church Street Inn is condo style hotel. It was perfect for our family of three with a king bedroom, queen pull-out couch, and small full kitchen. You are literally steps away for most tourist sights and attractions in Charleston. The rooms are average in furnishings and comfort. The staff is friendly and customer... More

This is a great place to stay in Charleston. The front door is directly at the market and plenty of great places to eat nearby. The room was very nice with a balcony that overlooked the Charleston Market. The bedroom was upstairs so not a good place if you have mobility issues.

The welcome center of festiva on ann street off of meeting street was horrible! Was just there, The place was empty, no one came to the balcony. And the young man who actually came out to greet us, indicated that the welcome center was closed- even though we are festiva members! After we indicated we needed guidance to the city... More

This is a hidden gem of a place in Charleston. The staff are outstanding - very helpful, very friendly and very quick to help out with any requests. Rooms were very nice and clean, essentially time share quality at a hotel price. Room had full size refrigerator, stove, sink, coffee maker, etc. A huge value right in the heart of... More

This was a wonderful first trip to Charleston staying at Church Street Inn. The location was perfect, convenient to the historic district of Charleston. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this fabulous, clean and wonderfully decorated hotel again.

This is actually a time share condo owned by Festiva Resorts. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit, two story unit. Very nice, very clean, well equipped unit. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful w/any inquiries we had. You can't beat the location. Steps from the city market, a few blocks from Waterfront Park, the old Slave Mart Museum,... More

We stayed at the Church Street Inn over Labor Day weekend of 2014. We went with the surprise booking option through Priceline, so we had no idea what to expect. We were so pleased. The room was comfortable, spacious, elegant. The hotel was within walking distance to lots of great restaurants, a theater, several churches, and the market. The courtyard... More
