We stayed in one of the recently renovated units, and it was beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. The staff was attentive and responsive to our needs. The location cannot be beat. No extras (gym, spa, etc) to be had, but Charleston kept us so busy we didn't miss them. more

My wife and I stayed at the Church Street Inn for a week's vacation in March 2009. For starters, it's not really a hotel--it's a vacation club facility--so don't look for ANY typical hotel amenities like a bar, or restaurant, or room service,or a pool, or even newspapers or anything. (That's not all that bad, though, because it is right... more

Just got back from our stay at the Church Street Inn - based on reviews from other Trip Advisor responses. It was a great place, great location and we would definitely stay there again. Our room looked out onto a courtyard, very quiet. It felt like an apartment with two floors, kitchen and 1 1/2 bathrooms. The furniture was fine,... more

I was very dissapointed in the Church Street Inn - the only good thing I can say is that it is in a great location. The rooms need some immediate upgrading!!! Our room was in horrible shape. The bathroom was disguisting! My husband and I wouldn't even walk on the carpet without shoes or socks. The owners of these timeshares... more

Our family recently visited Charleston and stayed in the Church Street Inn. Our unit overlooked the market and was so convenient to anything in the Historic District. The staff was quite competent, and very pleasant. We loved the valet parking and the hotel was exceptionally quiet. The kitchen was completely equipped and we loved the bedrooms being on the second... more

I stayed here for a weekend and all I can say is that it is amazing that you pay the price you pay for the room you get. The Church Street Inn is part of a timeshare but you can get left over rooms if you call the hotel directly. All of the rooms are two story two bedroom (some... more

My husband and I recently traveled to Charleston, SC for a weekend getaway with some friends. We chose the Church Street Inn for our hotel, because it is SO convenient to all the downtown attractions---top restaurants, bars, the Market, and all downtown shopping. All of these are within a short walking distance from the Church Street Inn. Once we got... more

My husband and I just returned from staying at the Church Street Inn for 5nights, 4 days and while I absolutely fell in LOVE with Charleston, I think we paid way too much for what the Church Street Inn had to offer. The location is priceless, so maybe that's why the rates are so high, but considering we paid $270... more

My friend and I stayed at the Church Street Inn from April 18-20 to celebrate our 30th birthdays. We arrived mid-day and were greeted at the front door by the bellman who unloaded our luggage and parked our car for us. Check-in was a breeze and we were immediately taken to our room. The room was terrific!! Full kitchen, floor... more
