The floors and walls were thin but the cost per night (with SAM'S Club discount) was pretty cheap. All we wanted was a comfortable bed and a shower, so we were not disappointed. hotel is a short drive from the historic downtown. the room was very large and clean.a free continental breakfast was adequate way to start the day. i used taxis for transportation and they were very affordable. room rate was much less than the downtown hotels. there are not many amenities, but it is a good value. i would recommend it... more

The hotel is about 4 miles from the bridge going into historic Charleston. It is on the Savannah side of Charleston on Highway 17. This was real convenient to go see all of the things there.
