Just returned from four days in Charleston. Took a chance and booked the French Quarter Inn after reading the amazing reviews on Trip Advisor. They deserve every accolade they receive. It is a beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel with staff that makes you feel very welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We were greeted with a nice glass of... More

My husband and I just checked out of the French Quarter Inn, we had a wonderful stay! The rooms are spacious (we stayed in a suite) and they offer wine and cheese and cookies and milk in the lobby. The location to this hotel was another plus, it is situated within a short walk to the market, resturants and shops.(... More

We stayed here one night with our three kids. The staff is absolutely charming! The hotel is immaculate! Rooms beautiful and quiet. Coffee and breakfast in the morning brought to our room. Cookies and milk at night. Wine and cheese in evening. Location can't be beat! We will return and stay longer!!!!

Do yourself a favor and stay here! This place has it all! It's so beautiful and has so many things to love about it. First the people, they are so kind and so sweet. It's the southern charm I've heard about but don't experience it in California. When you arrive they are very welcoming with champagne or apple cider. Nice... More

We love Charleston and have stayed here before. French Quarter never disappoints! It is conveniently located to everything in downtown. The staff could not get any friendlier, from the valet to the maids. The amenities are endless and included in rate of room: Check in champagne beverages throughout the day breakfast with such an array of choices cheese and wine... More

This was such a great experience. We stayed with our family and the staff really made us all feel most welcome. This is a comfortable generous first class hotel bang in the centre of town. There is no restaurant as such and a cracking good cold breakfast is served in the lobby; tea, coffee and cold drinks are served all... More

From the time we arrived until the minute we departed, the staff at the French Quarter Inn made us feel like Royalty. Mr. Paul was so kind to us as soon as we walked in the door. He made us feel like family. When traveling to Charleston, there will be no doubt about where we stay.

This hotel is not deluxe but first class. Its location could not be bettered for it is close to the market and yet is still a quiet oasis. It offers outstanding service, from the moment you check in to the time you leave. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms could be a little more luxurious. Breakfast is served in... The French Quarter Inn is conveniently located within walking distance of King Street (which has wonderful shopping), the Market (where you can find items created by local artisans), carriage rides and many restaurants. We were very impressed with our room. It was classy, comfortable, and very welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is quite large and very tastefully... More

Four captivating days at the FQI in mid June. My wife and I are of the opinion that this is one of the finest hotels anywhere. If you are in Charleston to take in the sights, savor the many fine restaurants and do a little shopping, the FQI is centrally located & within walking distance of almost everything. The accommodations... More
