Although this hotel doesn't shout Charleston, it's very central, and has wifi that works, a reasonable breakfast, friendly staff, and safe close parking. Our room was clean, quiet and reasonably spacious. Would stay here again.

This hotel had everything just right. The rooms were big enough, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was large, with toiletries and lots of fresh towels every day. Included hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Our room faced the pool/terrace area on the 3rd floor. We had no odour issues. The breakfast was very good, with... More

we stayed here so we could walk everywhere or take the trolley. We also booked some tours across the street at the Visitor Center. It worked perfect for us. We also enjoyed the pool when we arrived into 100 degree weather our first day. We had a room in the inside courtyard across form the pool, it had a somewhat... More

Hotel was clean. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was better than most hotels: eggs, oatmeal, fruits, breads, pastries, coffee bar, juices, milk. Hotel was within walking distance to downtown attractions. Parking is located in adjacent lot which costs $16 per day.

This hotel is right across from the Visitors Center. The free trolley stop is right across the street. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and knowledgable about Charleston. We have stayed there several times and have been pleased with each visit. Well worth the cost.

I travel here 1-2 times a month and always stay here. It is consistently clean and friendly. It is well located for access to dining and shopping and I love the breakfast and the breakfast staff. The morning Bell Hop who sings always makes me have a better day.

We stayed at this hotel after getting off our cruise ship. We knew we would disembark way before check in and so we walked from the cruise port (about 20mins) with the plans to have them hold our luggage while we explored the city. I was not at all expecting that they would let us check in at 9:30am. They... More

We just returned from a 3 night stay, and could not have been more happy with our hotel choice. We reserved a standard non-smoking 2 queen bed online, and arrived several hours before check in time. (Tip: We kept checking the room price every week or so, and would rebook each time the price dropped) It was an extremely hot... More

This hotel was once a factory that manufactured burlap bags. Well, you wouldn't know that from looking at it today. Nice lobby, very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are nice, if a little on the small size. Our room had a pull out sofa, so that helped. Outdoor pool is walled in, so street traffic couldn't look in. Conveniently located... More
