This was our first time in Charleston. The hotel was very accommodating, clean and friendly. The Concierge, Kevin McQuade was beyond outstanding. He was absolutely the greatest. He introduced us to some outstanding resturants and tours. We rate his help as a 10.

Located in the Historic District 1 block from King street (and the Francis Marion Hotel) and Charleston College. Nice attention to detail - crown molding in the hallways, wallpaper in the baths, lots of places to plug in your chargers. Doorman/bellhop at the front door was very helpful on rainy days. Check in was speedy and very friendly. Food is... More

The hotel isn't too far from king street. In fact is faces the lawn area where they host the farmers market. It's walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Staff was great and very helpful. The rooms are sound proof. I didn't hear much noise from the streets nor the hallway and my room was across the elevators. Bathroom was... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard. Everyone was very nice. Kudos to the concierge, Kevin! He secured dinner reservations and booked us on a wonderful walking tour. Our room was fine. Hotel needs a little updating, but the parking included in the price was worth it.

VERY nice staff, clean and great location. It's a quick walk to King Street, which has all the restaurants and shops! Shout out to Tad, the bellhop! He was super nice and even got us an umbrella because it was raining!

Centrally located, and within walking distance of many of the great things that Charleston has to offer. We were upgraded to a one-bedroom suite, which was really nice, and surprisingly big. Thanks to the staff for telling us that if we waited to check in at 4:00 PM they would be able to upgrade us to this nicer room. The... More

This hotel is well located in Charleston. It was easy to walk from here all over the city. As a first timer in the city, the research done ahead of time was not necessary. Kevin is the concierge and he does a fantastic job discovering what interests the guest. His recommendations are perfect and he takes personal pride in his... More

Great location near King Street and a short walk to the market. Clean! Parking was very safe! Very close to the College of Charleston and its bookstore. Friendly staff! Deli area was limited in their choices but at least there's food on the premises.
