Upon our arrival and attempted to check-in, the front desk staff informed us that the room was not ready and suggested that we visit down town and return in a couple of hours and we did. After three hours we returned to the hotel and attempted to check-in again. It took the staff at least 30 minutes to find us... more

We loved the hotel... we stayed for Valentine's day (or the weekend, I forget), and it was absolutely the best bed we had ever slept on, king size, and we didn't want to get up in the morning. The swimming pool was great also, heated indoor, and the place just overall looked great. We were quite impressed with the Sheraton... more

This is a great hotel for a business traveler. I tagged along with my husband on one of his business trips and really enjoyed my stay. We have two small dogs that we were able to bring with us. It's nice that more and more hotels are becoming pet friendly! Check-in was a breeze. Our room was not huge, but... more

The problems with the North Charleston Sheraton would not have surprised me if it were a Motel Six or even a Best Western, but I expect better from a 3-star hotel. Check-in was OK, but there was one person ahead of me asking questions, and all three people working the desk were clustered around this one person. It took several... more

The hotel had a immaculated lobby as stated in previous reviews, but the hotel staff needs a better system of tracking what rooms, they have already assigned because at check-in , we were assigned to a room that had already been assigned to someone else. Even after, they assigned us to another room, we had problems getting into the rooms because... more

This isn't a bad place to stay if you're visiting Charleston and have a car at your disposal. The hotel is located about 15-20 minutes from downtown Charleston-- hence the cheaper rates. The room was musty although comfortable, and there's free wireless internet. The lobby is indeed sparkling, and the bar and gift shop staff were friendly enough. And there's... more

It was a place to sleep. Not a clean place, but a place. Most of the previous reviews were correct. You wouldn't be able to tell by the lobby what you were getting yourself into. It was sparkling! Once we got to the room...a whole other story. There was a grape under our desk. No biggie right? Maybe they missed... more

It was a good hotel. It was not downtown, but it was much less expensive than downtown. It had a workout room and indoor and outdoor pools. It was what I expected. more

My client booked me into the Sheraton. If you are looking for minimal frills and zero Charleston charm, this may fit the bill. While attention has been paid to the lobby, the rooms are a bit worn. Room service was quite subpar - they managed to screw up orders as simple as a ceasar sald and an oatmeal breakfast. Fairly... more

We were in town for a concert at the convention center close to the airport. On contacting the hotel they indicated that they had a shuttle to and from the airport that would also be making stops at the concert venue since this was a sold out show and parking was a problem. On arrival the front desk could not... more
