Having just returned from another weekend in the Holy City, I would have to say that our stay at Zero Water Street was wonderful. The suite was lovely, appointed very nicely and very comfortable. Great!!! An entire top floor with a huge covered porch. A full kitchen with bottled water, snacks, coffee, juice, rolls, fruit cups all provided. The inn is lovely from afar and located perfectly. Although the guest rooms are in the upstairs of the mansion, the elegant parlor, etc., are off limits to guests.
