I'm an owner of the Blurgreen Vacation Club and I have stayed at the Lodge Alley Inn three times now. Each time we have stayed there we really had a great time. The locations there is right in the center of Old Town. You can easily walk to the Market or walk to the Waterfront Park. I have even walked... more

I stayed at Lodge Alley Inn for a girls trip. Loved the location. It was within walking distance of many historical attractions and great restaurants. We only used our car when we took a drive out to the beach and out to tour a plantation. The room was just okay but was a little on the small side. The only... more

First let me say my wife and I love Charleston. We are also owners of the Bluegreen Vacation Club the company that runs the Lodge Alley Inn. We stayed in Room 303-a suite or studio or whatever you want to call it, and we loved it! The room was plenty big enough for the 2 of us plus our 10... more

We stayed in room 309 and had a list of issues almost immediately that include mildewed shower curtain, shower head that sprayed all over the wall, ceiling, and over the top of the curtain rod; dirty and chipped dishes; blown light bulbs; and roaches crawling on the bed and the room that the front desk fondly called palmetto bugs. They... more

We have recently stayed at the Lodge Alley Suites Charleston, which we booked though our timeshare company. We arrived before the check in time, & therefore didn't expect our room to be ready, But our suit cases were looked after while we went for a look around. The accommodation couldn't have been in a better location for the city attractions. Everything... more

My husband and I stayed at Lodge Alley Inn in Charleston on our Honeymoon and it couldn't have been better. Lodge Alley is owned by a company called Blue Green and my aunt is a owner with them. So we were able to stay here on her points. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I want to go back again!... more

We spent a week at the Lodge Alley Inn in a studio room, #303 to be exact (12/29/2007 to 01/05/08). We discovered our HVAC was not working on Day 2 after spending a humid night in our uncomfortable double bed. Lodge Alley Inn management had the problem fixed by Day 3, which was good since Charleston was heading into a... more

My husband and I stayed at the Inn for six nights in September 2007 and had a wonderful experience. We booked the room using our Sampler Plan points. Book several months in advance if you want specific dates with the Sampler Plan. I started calling about two months ahead of time and could find only 2-3 nights here and there,... more

My husband and I checked into the Lodge Alley Inn November 21, 2007 for 5 nights, we managed to stay for 2 hours. We were promised a non-smoking room due to asthma and received a room that smelled of smoke so badly my husband was even coughing, when we called the front desk they said they would send up a... more

I would like to start off by saying that I spent three of the most relaxing days in Charleston, SC. I would also like to think that a large part of that was due to the Lodge Alley Inn. The staff was great. My girlfriend and I made a wrong turn and the guy working that night stayed on the... more
