Excellent location, service and value. The recommendations made by the concierge for restaurants and attractions were excellent. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day. The cheese and wine in the late afternoon were a nice way to relax after touring all day. Excellent value.

great location, staff very friendly and helpful - would been nice to know that our room was right under breakfast area - it was very noisy in the early morning and there had been water damage on our ceiling - would of been nice it was repaired and painted

Great visit. Enjoyed the happy hour wine and cheese and breakfast each day on the rooftop. Property was in very close proximity to all the things we wanted to do. They need to offer a suite with 2 beds. Otherwise - all was very good.

I flew over from Australia to visit my daughter who lives in New York and we decided to have a few days away together. Charleston was the chosen city and the Andrew Pinkney Inn the chosen lodging. Neither let us down! The Andrew Pinkney is an extremely comfortable, well located little inn with the friendliest and most efficient staff imaginable.... More

This place looks great online but the service was non-existent and our room not maintained. It's in a great location but we left feeling like we had inconvenienced the staff by having been there. And for $500 a night I would expect handles to not be falling off the faucets, exhaust fans to work in the bathroom, the mini fridge... More

fabulous; wonderful breakfast; helpful staff; clean rooms. I've stayed here in the past over a period of 25 years and I would stay here again. Great location! Convenient to everything. Delicious cookies at check-in.

Expensive for what it is. Boards in the floor were missing and crackling. Room was ok. Bathroom was very nice. Hotel breakfast, water and coffee were great. Don't book the room right under the terrace. It is loud and you cannot sleep.

Clean, stylish, and tasteful. Efficient experienced friendly staff. Centrally located in the Historic District steps from Market Street and many many shops, restaurants, and architecturally significant buildings. On site valet parking. Almost anything is within a very short walking distance. Safe neighborhood/location. I am a regular visitor to Charlestonm however I just discovered this gem. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect, except for the size and location of the "queen petite room". Once the staff moved us to another room, our stay could not have been better. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, and afternoon reception. The staff at the front desk was also more than helpful!

Close to the center of town. Easy walking distance to food and shopping. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the Cotesworth Suite. Much more room. The breakfast was nice and the Happy Hour was enjoyable.
