We were with a group for a meeting. All were charged for and were suppose to get a suite. We got a room that did not even have an area to sit. We had to sit on the bed but were charged over $300/night which, of course, was for a suite. RIPPED OFF! more

Got an excellent price through Priceline ($70). Room was great, but NOTHING comes free at this hotel. So realistically, between the valet parking (there is NO where else to park) and no comp breakfast and no free internet etc our one night stay cost much more than that. I wouldn't pay the average rate shown on trip advisor (we lucked out with priceline) but this is a rather large and very up-to-date hotel in one of the best locations in the historic district.
