All you have to do is read the other reviews.... If you HAVE to go to Hilton Head - and there is not a room to be found.... then I would advise you to check this hotel. It's probalby the cheapest place around which is why it's always booked! And why the managment doesn't care about the state of the rooms. One word describes our room DIRTY. I mean gross dirty. I'm a budget traveler myself - so I don't expect any frills and I had low expectations for this one. Well they met my low expectations and went a few further. Spend a little extra and stay up the streent at the Hilton Garden Inn - or anywhere else. more

I stayed here because the Hilton Head Plaza Hotel smelled too mildewy.
This one was not much better. Noisey place for sure, but it wasn't from halls. No insulation between rooms? The screen on my window was ripped off and laying on the ground outside all bent up. I wont stay again.
