I know that I said I wouldn't stay here again, but I got an AMAZING rate ($37/night), so I decided to give them another shot. And they totally redeemed themselves :) No creepy night desk guy in evidence, king sized bed in a corner room, nice and quiet :) If I got another great rate, I'd go back!

After a long flight from Europe and a domestic flight to Providence to boot, it was great to stay here. Staff was friendly and efficient, and the room was very quiet so I slept like a baby. Good breakfast to start the next day. Next time, I'll stay here again!

The Best Western / Warwick is in great shape, rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, good breakfast, staff that goes out of its way to be accommodating and friendly, conveniently located, great price. Two thumbs up!

The hotel actually exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast buffet was very good. The exercise room was actually fairly small and didn’t have a lot of cardio equipment. The hotel did have an airport shuttle, and the location is great. Also free Wi-Fi
